Responsive site redesign research

The process of synthesizing ideas in collaboration with others is always enjoyable for me. In this project, I contributed to the research for a major redesign of the Snapfish site.

The objective was to make the site responsive. The project entailed days of intensive research. We conducted user interviews and used the card sorting method to understand how users organized and thought about their photos and cards.

Our team was able to extract insights and distill them into concepts using various ideation processes, including whiteboard sketching. We emerged with four concepts for the redesign and the resulting design marked a complete overhaul of the existing site.
